We have worked in conjunction with the Department of Education, under the Teen Dating Violence Prevention grant, to provide services to schools, and have assisted schools in developing a policy to respond to dating violence in the schools. We also train peer leaders at the secondary and college levels. Area colleges and universities have invited us to provide training and we have made presentations to classes, fraternity/sorority groups, sports teams and other groups and clubs. Youth groups and community educators (including Boys and Girls Clubs, Girl Scouts, YMCA/YWCA and more) have attended our training opportunities. |
