About the Event… REACH for the Stars…Transform a Life is an annual fundraising and awareness event presented by REACH. REACH for the Stars showcases ceramic plates designed by local and national celebrities, artists, and community leaders. Artists from the 2008 event included Lance Armstrong, David Ortiz, Todd McKie, Barbara Cook, Greg Norman, and Maryann Cocca-Leffler. The live auction featured exciting packages such as a Canyon Ranch weekend,a two-year lease on a C-Class Mercedes, a day on the set of This Old House, and a post-concert meet-and-greet with Boston Pops conducter Keith Lockhart! Proceeds benefited REACH’s vital programs and services for survivors of domestic violence.
